The figures are based on Omdia data published in the ROHM Integrated Report 2024.
Texas Instruments ranks first with an 11.4% share
Texas Instruments (TI) led the market with $12.916 billion. It offers broad portfolios in both power management and signal processing and supplies more than 100,000 customers across industrial, automotive, data-center and consumer markets.
Analog Devices is No. 2 and Infineon No. 3
Analog Devices (ADI) ranked second with a 9.6% share, supported by strengths in precision data converters, amplifiers, RF and power management. Infineon rose to third as revenue increased 9.5%, led by power semiconductors for automotive and industrial applications.
Why Qualcomm and MediaTek appear in the ranking
Qualcomm, Skyworks, MediaTek and Qorvo are often associated with digital or communications ICs, but they also sell RF front-end, power-management and analog/mixed-signal products for smartphones and communications equipment. Those products are included in Omdia’s Power & Analog category.
U.S. and European suppliers lead in automotive and industrial markets
STMicroelectronics, onsemi and NXP have strong positions in vehicle electrification, ADAS, motor control, power conversion and industrial automation. Their ability to combine analog ICs with microcontrollers, sensors and power devices is a key advantage.
Four Japanese companies make the top 20
Japan’s representatives are Renesas Electronics at No. 8, ROHM at No. 15, Mitsubishi Electric at No. 18 and Fuji Electric at No. 19. Renesas combines analog and mixed-signal products with MCUs; ROHM focuses on analog ICs and SiC power devices; Mitsubishi Electric and Fuji Electric are strong in industrial and automotive power devices.
2024 market size and the 2025 recovery
According to Gartner, the analog and mixed-signal semiconductor market totaled $79.7 billion in 2024, down 4.2%, as inventory corrections continued in automotive and industrial markets. TI nevertheless retained the lead.
Recovery signs emerged in 2025. TI’s Analog segment generated $14.01 billion, while ADI’s company-wide FY2025 revenue was $11.0 billion, up 17%. Because the figures cover different scopes—one segment versus total company revenue—they are not used to recalculate the ranking.
Summary
- TI ranked first in Omdia’s 2023 Power & Analog revenue data, followed by ADI and Infineon.
- The top 20 spans general-purpose analog, RF, power and automotive semiconductor suppliers.
- The analog and mixed-signal market totaled $79.7 billion in 2024.
- TI and ADI returned to growth in 2025, with industrial, automotive and data-center demand in focus.
